Ms. Green is paralegal to the managing partner of the firm's litigation department, specializing in complex business litigation, real estate and securities litigation, wrongful termination and insurance coverage matters. Prior to entering the legal field, she worked extensively in the areas of real estate development and sales, and real estate securities development and marketing. She also has extensive background in the areas of corporate communications and human resources development. Her experience in real estate sales and development led to activities involved in the formation of partnership investments, preparation of documents for both private and public investment offerings and capital formation. She entered the legal field in 1985 and has been active in all phases of the litigation process, including extensive client contact, legal research, document preparation, and trial activities. She attended UCLA and is an honors graduate from the Legal Assistant Program of the University of California at San Diego.
