Melvin Morris is a member of the Business, Real Estate and Commercial, Bankruptcy & Receivership Practice Groups. Mr. Morris received his undergraduate education at Columbia University in New York, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. Mr. Morris has been a practicing attorney in the State of California since 1984.

Mr. Morris has extensive experience in real estate, business, finance and bankruptcy law. As a member of the Business and Real Estate Practice Groups, Mr. Morris is regularly involved in such matters as business entity formation, securities offerings, employer-employee relations, real estate purchase and sale transactions, commercial leases and government contracts.
