Michael W. Jacobs has practiced extensively in the areas of Medical Malpractice, Product Liability, Personal Injury, Construction Law and Real Estate matters. Mr. Jacobs also has extensive experience with the Americans with Disabilities Act, handling both litigation and assisting clients with ADA compliance surveys.

Mr. Jacobs earned his Juris Doctor degree at the University of San Diego School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1994, after graduating from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Accounting and working at a Big Six public accounting firm. Mr. Jacobs handles all aspects of civil litigation, including trial, arbitration and mediation. Mr. Jacobs is a member of the State Bar of California, Defense Research Institute and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
